# Benefits

**A Leader earnings:**

* Earn 40% of the trading fee whenever
* A Member trades
* A Member’s Referee

**A Member earnings:**

* Members will receive exclusive perks from their Leader (their Referees).
* Members can still enjoy any platform-wide promos/benefits like any other user.

**Important coexistence rule (Referral ↔ Affiliate)**

If a referrer invites another user to trade on Whales Market through their referral link, and the referrer later joins an Affiliate Team:

* The original referrer continues to receive their referral share from that user’s own trades (per Referral Program rules).
