THIRD-PARTY LINKS & EXTERNAL RESOURCES
Understanding the risks involved
Our Interface serves as a gateway to the decentralized web. As such, it frequently contains links to websites, platforms, and resources that are not owned, controlled, or operated by Whale Prediction.
A. Scope of External Links
You may encounter links to third-party services, including but not limited to:
Social Media Profiles: Links to Twitter (X), Discord servers, or Telegram groups (e.g., the official Polymarket Discord or profiles of "Smart Money" traders).
Block Explorers: Links to verify transactions on services like Solscan, PolygonScan, or Etherscan.
Underlying Venues: Direct links to the native interfaces of Polymarket, Kalshi, or other prediction markets.
Wallet Providers: Links to install or troubleshoot wallets like MetaMask, Phantom, or Backpack.
B. No Responsibility for Third-Party Content
We do not endorse or assume responsibility for any third-party content.
Privacy Practices: Once you click a link and leave our Interface, this Privacy Policy no longer applies. Third-party sites have their own data collection practices, which may be less stringent than ours. We strongly encourage you to review the privacy policy of every site you visit.
Content Accuracy: We are not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of information found on external sites (e.g., a "Smart Money" trader's Twitter bio claiming verified success).
C. Phishing and Security Warning
The Crypto ecosystem is a high-risk environment for phishing.
Impersonators: Be aware that links posted by users in community channels (like Discord or Twitter comments) may lead to malicious "phishing" sites designed to steal your private keys.
Verification: Whale Prediction will never ask for your private key or seed phrase on any third-party site. Always verify the URL in your browser address bar before connecting your wallet to any external platform.
D. Interaction with Underlying Protocols
If you choose to bypass our Interface and interact directly with an Underlying Venue (e.g., using Etherscan to call a Polymarket smart contract directly):
You acknowledge that you are doing so entirely at your own risk.
We cannot provide customer support, recover funds, or troubleshoot errors that occur outside of the Whale Prediction Interface.
