By accessing the Platform, you represent and warrant that:
Non-US Person: You are NOT a citizen, resident, or physically located in the United States of America (USA).
Restricted Jurisdictions: You are NOT located in Canada, China, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, Crimea, or any other jurisdiction where accessing prediction markets is prohibited by law.
Sanctions: You are not on any trade or economic sanctions lists, such as the UN Security Council Sanctions list or OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control).
VPN Prohibition: You agree NOT to use a Virtual Private Network (VPN), proxy, Tor, or other privacy tools to conceal your IP address for the purpose of circumventing our Geo-Blocking controls.
Enforcement: We reserve the right to immediately block any IP address we suspect is violating this clause.
