All content, features, and functionality on the Platform - including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software code - are the exclusive property of Whale Prediction and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.
A. Proprietary Features: "Reefboard" and "Smart Money"
You acknowledge that the "Reefboard" and "Smart Money" features represent a substantial investment of time and resources by Whale Prediction to aggregate, clean, analyze, and visualize complex on-chain data.
Ownership of Derived Data: While raw blockchain transaction data is public, the specific selection, coordination, arrangement, and enhancement of that data (including the proprietary algorithms used to tag wallets as "Whales" or "Smart Money") is the intellectual property of Whale Prediction.
No Scraping: You agree NOT to use any robot, spider, scraper, script, or other automated means to access the Platform for the purpose of extracting "Smart Money" labels, wallet lists, or performance metrics.
No Resale: You may not sell, license, rent, or otherwise exploit the "Reefboard" data for commercial purposes (e.g., selling a "Whale Alert" signal service based on our data) without our prior written consent.
B. "Smart Money" Disclaimer (No Financial Advice)
The "Smart Money" labels and "Reefboard" rankings are provided strictly for informational and entertainment purposes.
Algorithmic Nature: "Smart Money" is an algorithmic label applied to wallets based on historical on-chain performance criteria defined by us. It does not imply that the wallet owner has insider knowledge, professional qualifications, or will be successful in the future.
Past Performance: Past performance is NOT indicative of future results. A wallet that was profitable in the past may suffer significant losses in the future.
Copy-Trading Risk: If you choose to mimic or "copy-trade" the transactions of a wallet displayed on the Reefboard:
You do so entirely at your own risk.
You acknowledge that "Whale" wallets may have different risk tolerances, capital buffers, and time horizons than you.
We are not responsible for any losses incurred by following these signals.
C. User Feedback and Suggestions
If you provide us with any feedback, feature requests, or suggestions regarding the Platform ("Feedback"):
You hereby assign to Whale Prediction all rights, title, and interest in and to the Feedback.
We are free to use, implement, and modify such Feedback without any compensation, attribution, or obligation to you.
D. Trademarks
"Whale Prediction," the Whale logo, "Reefboard," and other related graphics are trademarks or trade dress of Whale Prediction. They may not be used in connection with any third-party product or service in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among users or disparage the Company.
