• WE ARE NOT AN EXCHANGE: The Platform does not match orders or hold custody of user assets.

• WE ARE NOT THE COUNTERPARTY: When you trade, you are interacting with underlying third-party decentralized protocols (including but not limited to Polymarket and Kalshi—collectively, the "Underlying Venues").

• NO CUSTODY: Your funds are settled directly on the blockchain or within the smart contracts of the Underlying Venues. We do not have the ability to freeze, seize, or recover your funds.
