βοΈFAQ
What happens to my collateral if I resell the position?
Once the resale is completed and the new buyer makes their payment, you will immediately receive that payment. Your originall collateral will stay in the contract and will be given to original seller once the deal is done.
Is there a fee for reselling my position?I
Yes. A 1% fee is charged on the resale amount when a Buyer resells their position before TGE
What fees are charged at settlement?
At settlement, the final Buyer and the original Seller each pay a 2.5% fee based on the value of the trade. This is deducted from their respective collateral.
In the scenario where the seller fails to settle the trade, the seller collateral will get forfeited and transferred 100% to the buyer. In this case, the buyer will get 97.5% of their collateral and 97.5% of the seller collateral.
Why cant I have my profit of over 95%
You can only have a profit of 95% from your oiginal buy price in order to guarantee profits for both sellers and DP buyers.
In case the settle goes successfully, the buyer will recieve 97.5% of the token amount and the buyer will take 97.5% of the collateral back. If the DP seller is having a profit of over 95%, that means they are MAKING MORE than the original seller - which we are against for pre-market.
What if seller dont settle, then how much compensation will I get?
If the seller fails to settle, you will be able to claim the seller collateral and the original buyer's collateral combined.
This is why the maximum profit for DP orders is capped at 95% of the original price β this ensures that, in the aforementioned scenario, the DP buyer can at least recover their own collateral.
